Meet Jamie
Anxiety Therapist in Washington, Utah
Virtually throughout Utah, Colorado and Idaho
Are you the planner or always thinking ten steps ahead of everyone else?
Do you feel the need to find all the answers and be the resourceful one for others?
How about the need to always be right?
Do you overthink, overanalyze yourself, your work or worry how others perceive you?
If any of the above resonates with you … I get you! I’ve been known to be “the resourceful one”, planning for the “possibilities or what-ifs”, or constant self-critique to “improve”. This works … until it doesn’t.
Then what? That’s where I step in.
I partner with you to understand why these patterns happen and carve a new path that’s less anxious, less self-critical and create a life filled with more peace, joy and fulfillment and, most importantly, a better relationship with yourself.
I’m Jamie, an Anxiety Therapist in Washington, Utah working with adults to help them break free from anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt.
“Your needs don’t become less important because someone else has needs too.”
I work with adults who may experience personal problems such as:

What to expect in session with me …
As an Anxiety Therapist, I work with high-achieving adults who are used to holding everything in life all together.
You may be successful, capable, and dependable, yet find yourself constantly overthinking, striving, people-pleasing, or worry about letting others down.
Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns that may have helped you navigate life but now leave you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what’s underneath these patterns, and begin creating a life where you can honor your own needs without guilt or shame.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and comfortable being yourself—not just the version of you who is always taking care of everything and everyone else.
