Virtual Psychotherapy Services

Hi, I’m Jamie.

I help adults understand the patterns and behaviors that may be negatively impacting their lives and relationships - and more importantly, understand why those patterns developed in the first place.

Together, we explore what’s keeping you stuck, develop new skills and healthier patterns, and gain the clarity and self-trust you need to make intentional choices.

Therapy isn’t about becoming someone you’re not. It’s about gaining the insight and confidence to create a life that feels authentic and aligned with your values.

This work is deeply personal to me. I know what it feels like to struggle with self-esteem, long to be seen, heard, and truly included. Through my own journey, I’ve learned to recognize my inherent worth and reconnect with the values that shape the life I genuinely want to live.

Therapy isn’t about checking boxes or completing a to-do list.

You don’t have to keep repeating the same patterns. Change is possible - and you don’t have to figure it out alone. ‍It’s a life-long journey. And you are worth the journey.

THERAPY FOR ANXIETY

Therapy for anxiety helps you understand it, create coping skills, and learn healthier ways to manage anxious thoughts and feelings. It’s personalized to YOU and your goals.

EMDR THERAPY

EMDR therapy helps you process painful experiences that may still affect how you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others. Together, we’ll work to reduce the emotional impact of past experiences, build a greater sense of safety, and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

THERAPY FOR BURNOUT & OVERWHELM

When life feels like too much, it can be difficult to slow down, set boundaries, or make space for yourself. Therapy can help you understand what’s contributing to your overwhelm, manage stress, reconnect with your needs, and create a life that feels more balanced and sustainable.

THERAPY FOR SELF-ESTEEM

Therapy can help you understand the beliefs and experiences that may be affecting how you see yourself and how you relate to others. Together, we’ll work toward building greater self-confidence, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of self-worth.

RELATIONSHIPS & ATTACHMENT

Our relationships often reflect the patterns we’ve learned through past experiences. Therapy can help you understand your patterns, heal relational wounds, strengthen communication, and develop healthier, more secure connections with yourself and others.
